Everything you need to run an event, in one place
Book artists, create your event, sell tickets, take payments, and give your team the right access — all in one place. Fees are always shown clearly, and the money we make helps fund mental health support, not shareholders.
Something for everyone
Whatever you do at an event, there's a place for you on Ethical Tickets.
Organisers & venues
Create your event, book acts, sell tickets, and manage your team — all from one dashboard.
Artists, bands & services
Make a profile so organisers can find you, then agree bookings without endless emails.
Crew & team members
Get invited to help on an event, with access to just the tools your job needs.
Ticket buyers
Browse events, pay in full or spread the cost, and check in with a QR code at the door.
Create & sell
Everything you need to plan an event and get it on sale.
Plan in private, then publish when ready
Add your dates, ticket types and details without anyone else seeing them yet. When you're happy, publish the event for everyone to find — or send a private link so a few people can buy tickets early.
Different types of ticket
Add as many ticket types as you like, each with its own price and number available — or leave a ticket type unlimited if it should never sell out.
Discount codes
Create codes that take off a percentage or a fixed amount. Use them for early birds, friends and family, or a flash sale, and see how many people used each one.
Let buyers pay in installments
Turn this on for a ticket and buyers can pay a little at a time — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — instead of all at once. You still get paid in full, on schedule.
Seated venues & cinemas
Running a theatre, cinema, or other seated venue? Sell tickets for named seats on a seating plan instead of general admission. If someone starts buying a seat but doesn't finish, it's freed up again automatically.
A calendar of what's on
See all your events laid out on a calendar, alongside other events on the platform.
Book artists, venues & crew
Find who you need and sort out the details without leaving the site.
A proper directory to search
Search musicians, DJs, bands, circus and street acts, venues, and services by type, location, and when they're free. Every profile shows their requirements and terms upfront.
Chat first, then confirm
Send a free message to start talking. Once you've agreed a price and the details, confirm the booking — no long email chains, and nothing is locked in until you're both happy.
A record both sides can see
Once a booking is confirmed, the price and terms are saved against the event — so both the organiser and the act have the same record to look back on.
Hire crew the same way
Find box office staff, stewards, technicians, and other event workers in the same directory, and add them to your event's team.
Team & access
Add people to help run your event, and only give them what they need.
Choose what each person can do
Invite team members with a role that fits their job — Owner, Editor, Ticket Manager, or Check-in only. Each role only sees and can do what it needs to.
A simple screen for checking people in
Door staff get a simple screen just for scanning tickets — they don't need to see the rest of your event dashboard.
QR-code tickets
Every ticket has its own scannable code, so it can be checked at the door quickly and can't be used twice.
Payments & checkout
Your money comes straight to you, and every fee is shown before anyone pays.
One clear fee, shown upfront
We take one simple percentage from each ticket sold. You and your buyers see it before checkout — never added as a surprise at the end.
Paid straight into your own account
Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you directly instead of waiting for us to release it.
Orders & tickets in one place
Buyers can see every order and ticket they've bought, and check how their payment plan is going, all from their account.
All of this, and the fees still go somewhere good.
Making an account, listing your events, and booking artists is completely free. We only make money from a small fee on ticket sales — and what's left after running costs goes toward building Cares Village, our mental health recovery community.
