- Order details when you purchase tickets â your name, email, and the amount paid. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor, and are never seen or stored by us; we only keep a reference to the payment, not the card number itself.
- Contact information when you send us inquiries

- Manage your account and process your payments
- Deliver your tickets and manage events
- Send you account updates and important notifications
- Provide marketing communications, if you've subscribed (you can opt-out anytime via the unsubscribe link in any email)
- Protect against fraud and maintain the security of our platform
We do not use analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics) to monitor your behaviour on our site â see our Cookie Policy for the full list of what we do use.
Data Sharing
If you buy a ticket, we share your name and email with the event organizer so they can manage the event and contact you about it.
We also share information with:
- Stripe - for payment processing
- Legal authorities when required by law

We use secure systems to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee 100% security.
